What you are trying

THE PASS Restaurant & Hotel Edition is an early operator pilot for costing, planning and comparing entered operating figures. Review all inputs and outputs before making business decisions. It is not full accounting, payroll, tax advice or a hotel property-management system.

Trial and payments

The Restaurant Edition trial runs for 30 days from the first explicit trial start. No card is required and the trial does not charge automatically. Trials are one-time per account/email. A separate fictional demo does not start an operating trial. Trial expiration leaves records available to view and export; editing requires active access.

Paid subscriptions are not open until the restaurant-specific setup is verified. When available, the price, billing interval, cancellation terms and any applicable taxes must be shown before you subscribe. These pilot pages do not authorize a charge.

Your records and team

Only enter records you have authority to use. Invite only people authorized to see the property’s figures, including employee rates. Keep independent downloads, review the cloud-save status before changing devices and resolve conflicting edits before continuing work.

Limits and support

Vendor feeds, scanning, POS, PMS and payroll integrations are not connected. Large histories, automatic realtime collaboration, payroll compliance and restricted departmental visibility are outside the current pilot. No guaranteed uptime or response-time commitment is offered. Use My Account → Feedback & support to report problems.
